Biography

With his Rafaello Sanzio Company, he came to France in 1993 for the “Théâtre en mai” in Dijon with Amleto, revived in 2004 at the Odéon-Ateliers Berthier. In 2006 he presented Hey girl for the Paris Festival d’Automne for which he works regularly. He also took part in the Avignon Festival (notably with Julius Cesar in 1998). In 2008 he invested Avignon’s Main Courtyard with an epoch-making Divine Comedy. He also worked at the TNB in Rennes where he produced Genesi in 2000 before it was presented at the Théâtre de l’Odéon. Another striking production of his was The Minister’s Black Veil, created for the European Production Center.
