During some performances of Cédric Andrieux, I noticed a few children and/or teenagers in the audience. I always feel slightly embarrassed when they are present, as I think my work is too complicated or boring. So at the end of the performances I went and asked them what they thought about it and I always found that their reactions and criticism were quite relevant. The idea that young spectators could understand my work and thus make the most of it thrills me no end because they are the most demanding audience!
