Biography
Swiss born Lilo Baur begins her studies in drama in London, where she becomes a member of Théâtre Complicité. She then works in France, among others with Peter Brook in The Tragedy of Hamlet and appears in numerous films such as The Diary of Bridget Jones. She travels and produces her first Winter's Tale in Athens where she also directs Gozzi's Le Roi Cerf [The King Stag]. In Madrid she stages Agnès Jaoui's Cuisine et Dépendances [Kitchen and Scullery]. At the Vidy-Lausanne Theatre, she created Fishlove, a play after Chekhov, and her second version of The Winter's Tale.
