Biography
Having graduated from the TNS [Théâtre National de Strasbourg] school, he dedicates his work on contemporary authors. He is the founder of the Compagnie Boomerang, travels across Europe and the Americas. In 1995, he creates La Mousson d’Été [Summer Monsoon] where unpublished texts are read and performed. Then, in 2001, he launches the MEEC (Maison européenne des écritures contemporaines [European Academy for Contemporary Writing]. At the Théâtre de la Ville-les Abbesses, he directed Sallinger by Bernard-Marie Koltès, Les animaux ne savent pas qu’ils vont mourir [Animals aren't aware that they will die] by Pierre Desproges, Face de cuillère [Spoon Face] by Lee Hall, Le jour se lève, Léopold ! [It's Daytime, Leopold!] by Serge Valletti. Since January 2010, he has been heading the Centre Dramatique National in Nancy.
