THE BAROQUE FLUTE AND ITS MASTER


What a beautiful family story! The Kuijken brothers, Wieland on the viola, Sigiswald on the violin and Barthold on the transverse flute embody the keystone of the international baroque movement. A passionate lover of ancient instruments, but also very keen on romantic and contemporary music has chosen eighteent-century French and German pieces by Bach, Telemann, Boismortier and Couperin among others, for his solos concert which opens with gusto a superb baroque season at the Théâtre des Abbesses.
