Two great figures of the French musical world get together for this concert of German music. A flautist prodigy and an exceptional collector of international awards, Emmanuel Pahud became the flute soloist of the Berliner Philarmoniker at the age of 22. He has also turned to teaching and has made about thirty recordings. Now, at 40, he is the champion of the French school of wind instruments. Equally talented Éric Le Sage is a leading figure of the French piano school. They will join forces to play Reinecke, Schumann and Brahms.
