The fusion of two artistic melting pots is shared at a universal level. From the Tagus to the Bosporus, Europe is seen with new lines in an unusual and joyful encounter.
Two couples, one from Istanbul and the other from Lisbon, are experts in their own countries; they have open minds and know the languages of the arts. Using different approaches, they have each developed brilliant achievements with rhythm, combining words and movement. Mustafa Kaplan is an engineer and Filiz Sizanli an architect. They are both acutely aware of things concrete and mechanical. The world of Sofia Dias and Vítor Roriz from Portugal isone of vast choreographic experience, and also of the visual arts. In NEVERODDOREVEИ they make a critical appraisal of their way of doing things by looking at the way the other couple does things, sharing their need for accuracy, and also absurdity. And with a touch of mischievous humor, they cannot go wrong.
