HOW TO CATCH A STAR
Branar
AN ODE TO FRIENDSHIP AND A TRIBUTE TO ALL THE LITTLE DREAMERS.
This is the story of a little boy with his eyes on the sky. His dearest wish is to make friends with a star, but try as he might, he cannot figure out how. Inspired by the book of the same name, How to Catch a Star is a touching puppetry fable for very young audiences. On a set with the simplicity of a child’s drawing, we watch our hero follow his dream, from his bedroom and out into a picturesque field in springtime. Through their art, the puppeteers move us, and we begin to yearn for our hero’s success. This slow, wordless performance is poetic, enchanting, simple and thoroughly comforting to watch!
