A « documentary performance » with two actors both equally struck by the loss of a child
Through his “documentary performances” Mohamed El Khatib chooses in priority life histories that he translates into theatrical writing. “C’est la vie” gathers together two actors equally and really struck by the loss of their children. With them, it deals with developing the upheaval of such a mourning, like “a land deserted by language”.
