AFTER THE FIERY PROVOCATION OF FUCK ME, THE PERFORMING ARTIST IS PURSUING THE TUMULT OF HER AUTOBIOGRAPHICAL FICTION.
There are two sides to Marina Otero, one telling her story on stage, and one whose story is told. Most of the time the two coincide, or even merge. In Fuck Me, the enfant terrible from Buenos Aires shifted between family stories, political stories, private matters and artistic/erotic fantasies. For Love Me, she is solo, with all the strength of her intrepid character, revealing the darker side of a woman who, as she says, becomes a beast on stage. There Marina Otero does not shy away from her inner violence and angst as she sets the body at the center of her ongoing, ever changing self-investigation.
