TWO THEATRICAL AND TOPICAL WORKS, TWO MEANS OF RESISTANCE.
Jaber Ramezan, distinguished for his work in the theatre, brings to the stage six characters in a struggle for resistance. How can we fight back against instrumentalisation and propaganda. How can we retain our authenticity in the face of societal pressures? In Born Again, created for the Avignon Festival, the collective explores the conditions that determine us and our unconscious biases. Caught up in an absurd training session, four lost characters live out a tragi-comic adventure, full of humour and self-deprecation.
