A GRAND COLLECTIVE DANCE TO A ROUSING RHYTHM, AN ODE TO LIFE ON EARTH.
On a stage turned forest, ten people form a joyful, poetic, dancing community. Swaying to the insistent rhythms of songs from a distant village, their movements emerge from the universal beauty of a living forest. In a shared ritual, images, sounds, movements and beings blend beautifully together, floating between sky, wind, water and earth. Like musicians in an orchestra, each dancer plays their part and together they create a collective harmony that sweeps audiences up into a sensory world where nature and culture become one. More than a performance, this is a hypnotic experience, where dancers embody the landscape. It is a visual poem, heavily inspired by the American writer H.D Thoreau, that expresses the beauty and fragility of our planet.
