Born in Pau in 1957, André Minvielle is an extraordinary vocalist. From watchmaker to singer at community dances, Minvielle explores orality, scat and popular music. A key member of the company Lubat, founder of the association Les Chaudrons, his work blends language and collective memory. Winner of the Académie du Jazz grand prize for jazz vocals in 2024, he is working on multiple projects, tributes and creations, all combining words, sounds and local traditions.
