Dance On, a troupe of dancers who came together after exercising their talents in the most prestigious companies worldwide, has built a unique repertoire of artistic excellence. It is no surprise that they have now turned to the work of a pioneer in modern Israeli dance Noa Eshkol (1924-2007). Known for her minimalist choreography, the precision and subtlety of her movements and her authoritative system of movement notation, Noa Eshkol was also a prodigious textile artist. These qualities resonate with the refined work of Noé Soulier. Dance On brings these two artists together in lively conversation. Separated by sixty-five years, these two choreographers share a fundamental characteristic: the ability to cut straight to the essential.
