What if writing means diving into the history of literature to find your place in it? Faced with the blank page, a young author takes a dizzying journey through the centuries, back to the birthplace of stories. From Boris Vian to George Sand, from Shakespeare to Sophocles, the voices of the past speak to, and shed light on, each other. On stage, three actors, including Édouard Eftimakis from the Théâtre de la Ville troupe, embody these figures with joyful freedom, against a simple backdrop, giving free reign to the imagination. Little by little, a theme emerges: to create is to enter into conversation with those who came before you. Incorporating humour, music and thought in motion, this performance celebrates the inviolate mystery of creation.
